Our ship was delayed arriving into port due to a medical emergency (a passenger had to be evacuated) and the operator would not respond to my inquiry as to whether we could switch to a later tour. So I purchased a second set of tickets for a later tour the same day (so I’ve now purchased 4 tickets) and when the boat still wouldn’t arrive in time, the ship Conceirge called on our behalf and was told we could take the next time a lot. Although after making our initial reservation, we were not 100% sure that folks boarding from Kotor would have free ground transportation from Tivat to Kotor (since the final destination was Tivat), we did have free taxis provided for us.
