Our ship was delayed arriving into port due to a medical emergency (a passenger had to be evacuated) and the operator would not respond to my inquiry as to whether we could switch to a later tour. So I purchased a second set of tickets for a later tour the same day (so I’ve now purchased 4 tickets) and when the boat still wouldn’t arrive in time, the ship Conceirge called on our behalf and was told we could take the next time a lot. We received clear instructions at each stop including prior to boarding. Although after making our initial reservation, we were not 100% sure that folks boarding from Kotor would have free ground transportation from Tivat to Kotor (since the final destination was Tivat), we did have free taxis provided for us. The company and staff we were in touch with from booking (they messaged through WhatsApp the exact location) then arriving and being on the bait were really friendly. Boat was fast… back seats most comfortable! I just enjoyed the speed and it was good to see the submarine tunnel and blue cave… nice to have a swim around that area too.
