“Wasn’t able to take the tour due to finding out people from our wedding the Saturday prior were coming back sick with Covid. Found out hours before departure informed the operator immediately and provided evidence and asked for a credit or refund. We didn’t feel comfortable spending 8 hrs in close quarters with strangers, wouldn’t have been fair to them. Unfortunately we are no-shows as is policy and we understand but want to make sure anyone booking with this group who may be immunocompromised or elderly are aware of this operators level of inflexibility to proven exposure risks of fellow passengers.”
